I would also suggest using and watching the hashtag #ESA2014 when discussing ESA issues and just plain hype.

I have never understood the whole "#" thing.. Start to feel like an old fart :X
Caution: This user contains Kana ^_^
You may feel young, as I don't even use Twitter ;)
# is called a hash symbol. on twitter, it makes it into a clickable link to every tweet including the hash tag, meaning everything about ESA2014 on twitter should be found in there.

but that's only if the tag is made on twitter?
Yes Curseddolls. It's only within Twitter.
Hashtags are used for Instagram as well, works the same way there. Makes people look really stupid on Facebook when they have so many silly hashtags in their picture messages shared from their instagrams *facepalm*

#facepalm #thislooksdumb #stopitnaowplzzzzz

Anyhow...thanks for making the account Edenal. Let's use it responsibly =_=
Facebook also implemented hashtag support. Not as important there though, but hashtags on tweets get them read more.

It also sets the example for others to use the hashtag, generating more attention for ESA.

Question:

Should we tweet whenever we have a meeting on Skype and short info on what it's about so that we get that transparency going a bit?

Would also make the account a little bit useful at an early stage so we can "market" it in our streams and with our own twitter accounts.
Isin't that better for whenever we decide to stream the roundtable ever other week?
